The combination of two time-honored crafts. We sourced Straight Kentucky Bourbon, distilled and aged to specification, and mingled it with authentic Berentzen liqueur to provide an artfully crafted and carefully matured spirit of two great traditional flavors. Recipe Signature Bushel & Barrel and Ginger 2 oz. Bushel & Barrel 4 oz. Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer Add ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. Serve and garnish with optional apple slice. Quick Pick Washington Apple 2 oz. Bushel & Barrel 4 oz. Cranberry Juice Add ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. Serve and garnish with optional apple slice. Apple Bourbon Glaze 2 oz. Bushel & Barrel Orange bitters 1/2 oz Cinnamon simple syrup 1/2 oz lemon juice Ginger beer Molasses Rosemary sprig In a shaker, add Bushel & Barrel, 1-2 dashes orange bitters, cinnamon simple syrup, lemon juice and a drizzle of molasses. Shake and strain over new ice in a rocks glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with rosemary sprig. To make Cinnamon simple syrup 1part water to 1 part sugar, infuse with cinnamon sticks for 2 hours, then remove cinnamon sticks.
Producer The company was founded in Haselunne, Germany, in the year 1758 by Johann Bernhard Tobias Berentzen. For more than 250 years now, the name Berentzen has been synonymous with a long tradition of distilling brands of fine spirits. The development from a regional producer to an international working company happened mainly in the last century. In 1994 the Berentzen Company went public as the first spirit company in Germany.
