Soft and velvety on the tongue, although at 51. 9% you could have expected something else. Smoothly smoky and creamy on the tongue and immediately topped with sweet smoked apricots and peaches. At the beginning hardly dry and only slightly oak embossed. In return, the proportion of peat smoke increases significantly with time, salty spray, a touch of machine oil, warm tar, licorice and pepper, later old leather, tobacco leaves, mocha beans and dark chocolate. The fruits remain sweet for a long time, are later dusted with black pepper and nutmeg and peppered with carnations.
