Blue Weber agave is slow-roasted in stone ovens, crushed by a centuries-old volcanic tahona wheel, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills. The Still Strength Blanco skips the dilution step entirely, delivering the full concentration of roasted agave flavor, citrus oils, and mineral character that the distillation process produces.
