A Springbank bottled for Blackadder's best-of-the-best Statement range. This was distilled on 31 May 2001 and matured in a single sherry cask for 14 years before bottling in September 2015. It's no shrinking violet, with the sherry cask adding both colour and rich dried fruit to Springbank's rustic spirit. A must for Springbank fans. Please note Blackadder's Raw Cask series is unfiltered, and the bottles have a natural sediment.
