Matured in Hogshead casks for 23 years, only 513 cask strength bottlings were produced in this batch. Nose: Very fresh and young on the nose, considering the age of this Whisky. Soft floral notes with a hint of citrus. Palate: An initial hit of sweet cereals and fruit floods the palate, akin to granola. This mellows into a gentle vanilla. Finish: The freshness returns as green apple with bread-like undertones.
