Japanese whisky giant Nikka has aimed to bolster its range with a new limited edition blended whisky named Midnight Cruise. The whisky will make up part of their Black Deep range and is set for release in early June.
Smoky with rich oak and subtle spices is how this whisky is being described, presumably aiming to emulate the aromas of a galley fire that sailors would crowd around to warm their cockles while out at sea.
