SP Rose, a vibrant salmon hue, exhibits complexity from aging on the lees for 21-24 months. To complement the wine's freshness, a very low dosage was added at disgorging. The result is a fruity and floral nose, a sensuous body, and delightful flavors – notes of cherry, rose petal, and raspberry, with a touch of toast. Patricia Kluge's philosophy on sparkling wine is that it is should be enjoyed at all occasions! Sparkling wines highlight a variety of foods, and the Kluge SP Rose pairs beautifully with seafood, particularly lobster, langoustines, and smoked salmon. It is also a treat with duck or foie gras.
