Dark velvet stains the glass preparing senses for powerful aromatics starring dark cherry, wild blueberry and toasted hazelnut flavors accompanied by notes of vanilla bean and campfire smoke. The core is focused displaying talc like tannins of ripe plum, blackberry, and hints of cracked black pepper. Undertones of charcuterie, dusty violet and sweet tobacco leaf provide the prelude to a persistent finish of dried blueberry, cocoa nibs and a lingering black graphite themed minerality.
