| After a very careful selection of our grapes of Garnacha planted on soils of slate -llicorella-, Carinena vineyards grow on clay soils and Syrah vineyards located on limestone soils, a very limited production of this exclusive wine is obtained after 18 months of maturing in French oak barrels. |

| Cellers Can Blau, founded in 2003, is one of the oldest projects of the Gil Family in Jumilla. Placed in El Molar, in the D. O. Montsant, this winery is the most diverse project regarding the grape varieties and the type of soils. The D. O. Montsant is nowadays releasing at its best the enological quality of its wines. Differently from its illustrious adjacent D. O. Priorato, in D. O. Montsant we work with unique varieties such as Carinena or Mazuelo and Grenache, planted in and adapted to different types of soils. Nuria Lopez Sarroca is the person in charge of the technical direction of the Winery. |
