No longer produced, this an absolute must for any serious Speyside fan or collector looking for a piece of post-war whisky history. Awarded Liquid Gold 96/100 in Jim Murray's 2017 Whisky Bible Supplier Tasting Notes: Aroma - Sweet with rich sherry influences and beeswax polish aromas. Red apple peel combines with delicate hints of charred oak. Taste - Grapefruit and orage zest give way to stewed fruit and prunes with a sweet dark chocolate note and slight smokiness, reminiscent of old cigar boxes. Finish - Medium smooth with a touch of smoke.
