Another glorious single-cask Bruichladdich. Distillerd in 1992, this has been matured in a single barrel for 26 years before being bottled by Elixir Distillers in November 2019, as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Drawn from a single refill Hogshead that yielded just 228 bottles, this is arguably the cask type that shows off the Laddie distillate best. Aromas of sandalwood, hay, sawdust and blossom mix with toffee and liquorice on the nose. The palate offers notes of caramel, citrus, menthol and earthy savouriness.
