Nose: Dried figs orange citrus notes. With time, more dried fruits evolve. Taste: Viscous and full bodied, akin to how a syrup coats the mouth. The orange notes are dominant. Narangi is not only a color

I got Amrit Narangi online and shared it with my friends of our Barramundi Mathur Pride Club, only yesterday. I was skeptical about the whisky because of two reasons. The name suggested citric taste, and secondly, it was a damn costly. However, it came highly recommended by somebody, who knows his whiskies better than all of us in the club. So, I ventured. None of us was disappointed. In fact, we loved the taste, the mild aroma and a nostalgic after-taste. It is a strong whisky and not for the faint-hearted drinkers. But, with just two drops of water, it goes down smoothly for a seasoned whisky lovers, who drinks for taste and feeling, and not for intoxication. For getting drunk, there are other choices, but feeling how a well crafted whisky tastes, I encourage you to try Narangi .
