| Montalcino is a beautiful Tuscan village situated on a hill close to “Val dOrcia and characterized by a historic center that still retains the charm of the ancient medieval village, with its walls, alleys and old buildings. … And, of course, it is known throughout the world for its Brunello. Within this territory, which has always been dedicated to the production of quality wines, we find Podere Brizio, the history of which dates back to the end of the seventies. The territorial extension is about 27 hectares, 9 hectares of vineyards and 2 hectares of olive groves. The location, south east of Montalcino, close to Monte Amiata, and the particular climate of the area, allows the Sangiovese to express its full potential superbly. |
