Released as a matured wine, Te Koko is a full-bodied, alternative style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Barrel aging, wild yeast and malolactic fermentation, combines with bottle aging creates a an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape. Te Koko is a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured. Producer Cloudy Bay was founded in 1985 as one of the first five wineries in Marlborough, NZ.
