Its provenance from a single cru - Grande Champagne - and a single harvest from our estate, ensure the perfect expression of an outstanding terroir through carefully selected grapes. This quality commitment echoes the requirement needed in the conception of great wines. Bonneuil 2005 is the first expression of a collection of successive harvests from Domaines HINE. For each year, a careful selection will be made to create a new addition to the collection - unless, of course, the quality of the harvest does not fully meet our highly exacting standards. Only 18 casks of Bonneuil 2005 were selected for bottling.
