Producer Cellers Can Blau, founded in 2003, is one of the oldest projects of the Gil Family in Jumilla. Placed in El Molar, in the D. O. Montsant, this winery is the most diverse project regarding the grape varieties and the type of soils. The D. O. Montsant is nowadays releasing at its best the enological quality of its wines. Differently from its illustrious adjacent D. O. Priorato, in D. O. Montsant we work with unique varieties such as Carinena or Mazuelo and Grenache, planted in and adapted to different types of soils. Nuria Lopez Sarroca is the person in charge of the technical direction of the Winery.
