Wine maker notes Montes Taita is a concentrated and complex wine, the production of which is extremely limited. It is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with the addition by Aurelio of other varieties according to the qualities of the year’s vintage. Intense ruby-red in color, it is endowed with generous blueberry, blackberry, mocca and truffle aromas. In the mouth, the wine brings out delicious notes of cedar and bitter chocolate: most elegant yet powerful at the same time, with lovely soft, rounded tannins. Harmonious in structure, with an attractive, long and complex finish, Taita has the potential for long aging, and can be laid down and cellared for many years.
