From Mud House’s own vineyards in New Zealand’s premier Sauvignon Blanc region of Marlborough, situated on the north face of a hill, provides a perfect micro-climate for distinct, expressive Sauvignon Blanc with tropical fruits and citrus flavors. The wine is 100% grown, produced and certified in accordance with the NZ Sustainable Wine Growing program covering: biodiversity of soil, water and air; energy; chemicals; by products; people; and business practices. The packaging is also produced sustainably and incorporates: a one color design utilizing less ink, recycled cardboard shippers, divider less cartons and lighter weight glass bottles reflecting a natural look and our artisan care. The name Hay-Maker and trademark swirl on the label are agricultural references to the hay bales of the South Island that spring up over the countryside at harvest time.
