This allows the fruit to develop rich, juicy flavors perfectly in tune with its bright, lively acids. “Our Chardonnay has a captivating, welcoming personality,” comments our Winemaker, Jim Corkin, “We begin by using intense, ripe fruit. Oak contact and lees stirring create richness, weight and complexity. We finished with a dollop of barrel-fermented Viognier that gives a hint of toasty spice and fleshiness to the palate.
