The sixth release of Tamdhu's excellent batch strength Single Malt range. Matured exclusively in Olororso Sherry casks, this is a rich and complex Whisky that is bottled at natural cask strength, with natural colour and without filtration. On the nose, fresh spiciness from the oak is followed by roasted nuts and warming vanilla. A rich palate comes to the fore, summer berry pudding with a dollop of creme anglaise. Adding a drop of water brings orange, lemon and a whisper of oak spice. The finish is trademark Tamdhu, long and lingering with rich fruit, spice and unmistakable Sherry notes. Swells of cinnamon spice combines with rich figs and citrus zest in a luxurious farewell.
