Unique in its lightness and complexity the medium-bodied Armorik is matured over 10 years firstly in bourbon casks then oloroso sherry casks. This expression of Armorik reveals an innovative progression of the fruity character typical of Armorik: a balance between power and roundness enhanced by an explosion of exotic fruits with a hint of pepper. Nose: Powerful, with a fine balance between fruitiness and pastry. The notes of exotic fruit and almond croissant are enhanced by a hint of vanilla caramel. Mouth: Lively attack of citrus. Then the roundness emerges with an explosion of fruit and maple syrup. Finish: Very long and fruity, with a hint of pepper.
