This unique cognac has been drawn from 10 casks that travelled on the De Gallant tall ship, sailing the transatlantic route, leading to the island of Barbados. After a 45 day journey, the barrels were entrusted to Mr Richard Seale, Master Distiller of Foursquare for a further year of maturation in the tropical Caribbean climate. Its flavour profile offers complex layers of candied fruits and pastries, with fresh accents of white flowers and a lingering zesty finish infused with maritime tones.
