The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes whiskymaker's maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flaour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky's flavour-elevation. Colheita (Col-yate-a) means "harvest. Refering to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port. This singular blend of select grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart. It is then finished in rare Colherita casks to create a right and warming expression. Tasting Notes: Nose: Peach Cobbler, fresh apricots, and a whiff of autumnal smoke. Taste: Ripe plums, vanilla custard and warming cinnamon Finish: Rich and comforting.
