This RTD was inspired of course by the traditional Bees Knees that was thought to have emerged during the prohibition era developed by a bartender in Paris named Frank Meier. Now if you had been drinking it here in a speakeasy it might have had some extra spoonfuls of honey in it to cover up that oh-so desirable bathtub gin taste. Well, we promise plenty of balance in our recipe and, especially, that we didn’t make this gin in a bathtub.
