Palate: Fizzy spice delivery with the cleanest most elegant mouthfeel and plenty of green orchard fruit, well balanced oak and peppery spice to see why Mr Murray rated this so highly. Finish: Long with a dusting of spice on poached pears & green fig. Plenty of peppery vanilla oak with a lime cheesecake note. Very clean and elegant Speyside and very much the light to the dark of the more Sherry cask style of Some more famous (and expensive) Speyside malts.
