The valley had rich fertile soil and produced excellent yields to accompany high-quality grapes. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, currant colour. Aromas of tobacco, star of anise, and huckleberry jam. It offers a full body, medium acid, and high tannins. Flavours of cedar, bay leaf and blackberry.
