He spent years searching the appellation for the best "vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else". With a deep purple-black colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich noise of cedar, mint and black fruit. Full-bodied and structured, the wine bursts with layers of blackberry, boysenberry and blueberry. The wine has nice intensity, highlighting rounded tannins and a spicy earth-laced finish. This wine is the perfect partner for rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes full of flavour!
