In that year, it was acquired by Suravenir Insurance, marking a new era of investment and revitalization. Wine Description The 2021 vintage of Château Capbern presents a medium crimson hue with subtle purple and ochre nuances at the rim. On the nose, it offers enticing aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, and plum, complemented by savory notes and hints of orange zest. The palate is juicy and elegant, showcasing fresh acidity and well-integrated tannins. Flavors of pure redcurrant pastille and red licorice are interwoven with fine graphite and savory oak nuances, leading to a chewy and prolonged finish.
