Matured for ten months in 20% new and 80% older French oak barrels. Brilliant, very pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and dried honey are married to biscuity oak, light cashew and citrusy nougat notes. Medium weight with an elegant fresh feel, fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are underpinned by subtle dried honey characters, citrus and a dash of flinty minerality. Finishes dry with lively acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
