Single distilled to 80 proof requiring approximately eight pounds of a blend of Quebranta, Torontel and Italia grapes to produce one 750ml bottle. Distilled from fully fermented wine (no pomace) and each cuvee rested a minimum of eight months with no additives of any kind including coloring, sugar, and water. Blending is done after distillation and resting. Distilled through German Alambique and ancient Falca stills.
