Springbrook's Adirondack High Rye Bourbon is perfect for the discerning whiskey drinker or cocktail enthusiast. Our sweet and locally grown corn, high rye mash bill and heavy char oak barrels offer the perfectly balanced combination of bold and sweet. This complex bourbon is flawless in a Manhattan, old fashion, or straight up, the way we prefer it. On the Nose you will get Heavy Caramel and hints of vanilla. The body gives out flavors of oak, toffee and vanilla. This is all underscored by the complex flavors of the rye. Last but not least in the finish you will get a long rich and balance between dry and sweet!

Our Farm Distillery is located in Springbrook Hollow, nestled within the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Our mission is to produce hand crafted, high quality spirits using local grains and fruits in a natural and innovative process. We are located 5 miles from Lake George, in a quiet and relaxed pastoral setting with 200 acres of land and fantastic views of French Mountain from French and Indian War fame. We have outdoor seating available so you can relax and view wildlife, and the stunning landscape that our distillery has to offer.
Springbrook Hollow was the main source of water for the townspeople centuries ago. The wooden pipeline that delivered the precious water to the settlers can still be seen today, and is on display in our tasting room. Our clean, unprocessed water gives our spirits a unique taste that cannot be replicated. We make products the old fashioned way-in a custom made copper pot still, one small batch at a time. We use New York State grains and homegrown fruits. We grind the grain ourselves, distill our own spirits, label, bottle and age our products in our renovated horse barn. Our spirits are handmade, rich and full-bodied. Harvested from New York State fields and poured into your glass. Remember the proof is in the hollow.
