Produced by the Capurro family this grape based spirit has been in production for over 100 years and the family is proud to have played an integral role in the development of Peru's national spirit. Every step of the way the family attends to the quality of this spirit from the hand harvest of the natural grapes to the elongated rest period of the spirit (Capurro is rested a minimum of 1 year as opposed to the mandated 3 month minimum). Aroma - Deep grape aroma with notes of rose, orange blossom, and peach. Taste - Cardamom, red apple skin, and Bartlett pear. Finish - Finishes with notes of cherry, clove and cinnamon spice. 83 Proof
