A Single Cask 21 year old Tobermory which is Exclusive to Hard To Find Whisky and part of a series of four bottles which have all been bottled at full cask strength with no chill filtering and 100% natural colour. Each bottle is individually numbered by way of a genuine Casino Chip that is attached to each bottle. The Slot Machine Edition has been finished in an ex Port Cask. Nose: Cranberry and redcurrants, strawberry and raspberry yogurt, white pepper, stewed rhubarb, ginger, liquorice fruit laces, creamy vanilla oak, spicy watermelon. Palate: Spicy and peppery to start then mellows into a salad of red fruit (red cherry, cranberry, redcurrant, watermelon, strawberry), some dry rose wine like notes and port tannins with a real crunchy/herbal mouthfeel. Finish: Redcurrant and rosemary jelly, new world rose wine, peppery tinned strawberry, red berry mix with touches of ginger and spicy vanilla. A tawny port/provence rose wine of single malt with glorious crunchy red fruit, delicate yet complex, refreshing yet full bodied. You have never tried Tobermory like this before.
