This time it's a first fill Sherry Hogshead (Cask No 11) matured whisky, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2019 at a healthy 60% ABV. One of only 319 bottles. Sweet ripe red apple, white pepper and hints of stewed fruits and delicate bonfire embers. Similar single cask bottlings have come in for much praise with our customers this year.
