This is a Single Malt Whiskey laid down at Midleton in 2002 and finished in a French Limousin Oak. A first for Midleton, resulting in light perfume notes giving way to dry barley and ice cream cone wafer. Official Tasting Notes Nose - Freshly shelled peanut, cereal and amlty aromas. Palate - Cracked cinnamon sticks and ice cream wafer cones Finish - Fragrant bon bons and a hint of toasted barley.
