This is a superbly smoky Single Malt, hailing from the Caol Ila distillery. It was allowed to mature for 13 years, taking on the sweet oak influence of the cask. Nose: Sweet vanilla and dry cured meat aromas. Peat smoke undertones are complemented by banana and apricot. Palate: Ripe banana, kiwi and vibrant hints of fresh citrus. Finish: A long, sweet and smoky finish.
