Meaning Time in Japanese Toki is a blend of Japanese Grain and Malt whiskies from Suntory's Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries and a great way to enter the world of Japanese Whisky. Colour: Clear gold Nose: Grapefruit pith, yellow plum, vanilla wood, pear drops, fresh garden herbs (mint and basil) apple cores, touch of ginger & white pepper. Palate: Almond croissants, white grapefruit, green grapes and apples, some peppery-vanilla-ginger spice and more menthol-basil notes. Finish: Sugared almonds, white grapefruit dusted with ginger powder, some milky rice pudding notes, candyfloss green grapes and sherbet dip like fizzyness. Silky with a subtle sweet and spicy finish, all very subtle and elegant summer drinking style of Whisky.
