Aged for 8 years and sealed with a traditional 'agrafe', this Blanc des Blancs is creamy and mineral. The Chardonnays were sourced from very old Grand Cru vines (some dating back to 1926). After a skillful blending of the 2008 and 2009 vintages, this Grand Cru Champagne is left in oak barrels for 7 months.
