Single grape variety: Ugni Blanc, a traditional variety from the Cognac region, offering wines with optimum acidity and alcoholic strength for distillation. Adjusted Distillation Method: Reinforced wine lees - from 7 to 15% of the wine. A typical method of distillation with surcharge of wine fine lees at boiling point.
