Our bold Navy Strength Gin is delicately laid to rest in a once used bourbon barrel for a period of 9 months. When the gin has been tamed slightly and the proper levels of oak, spice, and sweetness appear, we remove and bottle the spirit at 90 proof. A bourbon forward taste on the tongue is followed by baking spices and slight sweetness, finishing with the dry citrus oils from the gin.
