This fine 10 year old Irish whiskey has been matured exclusively in American white oak. Distilled and matured by award-winning Master Distiller Noel Sweeney, the precious liquid has been laid to rest for many years before being recasked into carefully selected fresh bourbon barrels. Nose: Sweet vanilla, citrus peel, honey, spice, buttered almonds, candy orange and oak. Tasting: Smooth, sweet, crisp grain, complex combinations of oak, fruit and sweetness. Finish: Silky to start with a long lasting sweet vanilla oak finish.
