Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in first-fill Muscatel casks. The first release from Dingle Distillery with a cask finish. Tasting Notes: Expresses warm floral, citrus, and cherry notes on the noes. The palate is zesty with hints of raisins, almonds, sweet spice, and raspberry, concluding with a long finish of summer fruits, pepper, and cinnamon spice.
