Nose: Seville orange peel complements smooth stewed apples and toffee. Fragrant vanilla notes infuse with soft milk chocolate and mature oak. Palate: Sweet summer berry flavours give way to subtle black pepper and a hint of fresh mint. Citrus fruit combines with faint herbal influences and a touch of aniseed.
