Featuring a deep black hue, its also great for adding a touch of rich color to drinks. Try a Cruzan Dark Tide cocktail by combining one part each Cruzan Black Strap and Single Barrel Rum with two dashes of Angostura Bitters in a shaker. Shake for five seconds, double strain into a Collins glass, add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and a squeeze of fresh lime.
