The Citadelle Jardin d'Été (Summer Garden) has a intensely fresh nose with scents of citrus fruit (coming from yuzu, orange peel and candied lemon) and juniper berries being instantly recognizable. Behind these are more floral scents (violey), and a delicate spicy touch from fennel and a little licorice. Double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
