Manual harvesting, optimal maturity and very gentle extraction give this Pineau d'Aunis typical aromas of spices and pepper with a nice roundness thanks to aging in oak barrels for a few months. Ideal accompaniment to charcuterie dishes, grilled beef, sweet/savoury Asian cuisine and cheese.
