The vines, averaging 50–55 years old , enjoy optimal sun exposure, allowing the fruit to achieve perfect ripeness. Hand-harvested in mid-October, the grapes undergo 30 days of maceration in stainless steel, followed by extended aging in large Slavonian oak casks to enhance its balance and refinement.
