Chambolle-Musigny, often described as the most feminine and aromatic of Burgundy's communes, is distinguished by its limestone-rich soils and optimal exposure. The palate is smooth with filigree tannins, well-judged acidity, and a caressing and Vosne-like finish with plenty of allure. Very persistent, this Chambolle punches well above its weight.
