Wine Description Made from 100% 'Ribolla Gialla', an indigenous white grape with naturally high acidity, this wine is typically straw yellow with pale green reflections. The aromatic profile is noted for great scents of fruit and delicate floral notes. Tasting notes specifically mention 'sliced lemons', 'green melon', and hints of 'salt and stone' on the palate, which is medium to full bodied.
