Wine Description The wine presents a decisive and vibrant ruby red hue. The aromatic profile is complex and persistent, offering encompassing sensations of black cherry and cloves, which intermingle with notes of violet and pipe tobacco. Hints of blackberry, wild berries, graphite, dark chocolate, and leather may also be perceived. Food Pairing It is an excellent match for braised game meat and spicy cheeses.
